We should continue to see an increase in homes sold through the summer and then a slow down in fall and into winter.

How will this effect your Las Vegas Appraisal?

Mortgage brokers will no longer be allowed to select or pay appraisers. This could force buyers to purchase more than 1 appraisal :eek:

What caused this new code of conduct? Inflated Appraisals!!!

We will have to wait and see how this is going to effect the appraisal industry!
