Las Vegas Home Prices have dropped to prices similar to what we were seeing in 2004 before the big boom. There are many reasons for this huge drop in prices, but the main reason is because of all the foreclosures! Banks have had to drop prices to get these Las Vegas Homes off of their books as quickly as possilbe.
